  I've never had a problem with this store. One time they even stayed late for me to rush over and ship something that needed out by that date. I think that it's a little ridiculous that guy had his family leave reviews and others over the item that was lost. Unfortunate, but not fair to ruin someone's ratings by having others join in on the hate. I always ship through here and really appreciate the UPS workers. Never had an issue AND I've shipped expensive items before.
