  Terrible service from this company! We have 10 out of 20 condos damaged in our building from hurricane Irma, even have video of roof blowing off building on NBC news-adjuster who came out said roof needs replaced, company backpedaling on everything. Reluctantly hired lawyer and public adjuster when company started not communicating and stalling. Still nothing from them after almost 5 months-they recently merged with another company and the motto on their website is "Keep the Promise"-sadly, not true.
