  I've used Glenns for quite some time. But, lately they've been loosing ground. I brought my vehicle in to have it inspected for a noise. They charged me 50 dollars and gave me a quote. I declined to do the work there and then because the quote was a bit steep at the time. So they said that if I brought it back to them that they would apply the 50 dollars to the quote. Okay, nothing wrong with that. So I call to make an appointment to bring it back in to do the work and come to find out, the girl on the phone said "No, we don't apply diagnostic fees to to your repair". Initially that information came from Glenn himself. I argued a bit with her, but she was adamant about her statement. I found a new mechanic in Davie that does work for much cheaper and does just as good of work as Glenns. I'll be doing business with Eduardo Castro at CCR from this point forward.
