  Prior to milestone management, the place was ok. Now it's AWFUL! It's impossible to get in touch with anyone. I still have maintenance requests from March 20th 2018 that are pending and it's now April 30th 2018. I made the maintenance requests 2 other times since then and nothing has been done. I have left 3 messages with the office over the last week and half and have yet to hear back from anybody. This is just one of many examples. I've added pictures of them acknowledging the receipt of my requests yet not doing anything to address it.

  I can smell cigarette smoke and weed smoke in my master bedroom and bathroom DAILY . I have seen two different people smoking outside and they drop their butts in front of my garage. I hear EVERYTHING upstairs - every movement - every time they flush the toilet--- every time they open a door.... IT IS AWFUL!!
  Moving into this complex was a bad decision !
  
  The carpet is horrible. There is NO padding - its like walking on concrete - there is wires and cables under the carpet that is really uncomfortable. Kitchen cabinets are peeling, dinged and kinked up. There are absolutely NO light fixtures or places to put a light bulb in any bedroom or living room! I No fans... no lights....NOTHING. $2,100 a month for a 3 bedroom smelly black hole in the wall.
  
  I had 3 FULL pages of issues at move-in on my checklist that I was advised would be fixed by them ASAP at move-in. I still am going to office asking WHEN they will be fixed........I have reported a long long long list of things to repair --you would think they could do the SIMPLE things pretty quick ----NOPE---A/c doesn't blow in the master bedroom--- the toilet paper holder is broken off - and the refrigerator has NO shelves or drawers --it was full of water and not cooling.... the closet doors are off the track (missing a roller) The garbage disposal STINKS and is molded under sink, its falling apart with rotten black stuff daily and leaves a BIG mess under stink. Whole place smells like mold !! Bathroom tiles are green in the cracks. The toilet chalking was YELLOW from pee around the base. The water is YELLOW AND BROWN in the ice maker - and the shower and SMELLS. I was told because Davie water is treated which is NOT THE CASE> I have lived in Davie before and never had yellow/brown smelly water !!! YUCK YUCK YUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!
  
  They JUST came 4/26 and gave me shelves that are ALL cracked and CAN NOT HOLD EVEN A STICK OF BUTTER or will break. They finally put the paper holder up- CROCKED as hell, instead of removing it, filling both hole and re doing it - it put one side higher. LAZY LAZY LAZY !!!!
  
  Worst maintenance ever...... They came to repair things, 29 days after move-in....they paint over holes without filling them, they slapped some yellow paint on my white kitchen cabinets, and put SPRAY PAINT on THE OUTSIDE OF my refrigerator and left!!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
  
  Cigarettes and weed.... The complex just doesn’t really care I HAVE COMPLAINED DAILY ...... MY UNIT SMELLS EVERY SINGLE DAY !!!! ITS DISGUSTING!!! I have 4 children -- 2 with asthma !
  
  They say they don't allow aggressive breeds but MY CHILDREN have witnessed a husky wolf dog EAT a duck while the owners stood by. The owners didn't pull him away until they saw me .... I have seen pit bulls and big nasty dogs go after ducks, Dogs poop EVERYWHERE and no one controls them. People above me have 3 dogs, when only allowed 2. Office doesn't care.....
  
  The lake is nasty, so much litter and garbage... No one cleans it ....
  
  Don’t waste your time or money here.... I wish I had never signed the lease, but unfortunately I had to move or I would lose $600. Once I was approved which cost me $50, they automatically charged me $550,-NON REFUNDABLE-- I had sunk $600 and it was non-refundable... I didn't even see a place yet !!!
  
  Website says $0 deposit and the place I wanted was $1650 .... well once I applied and paid the money - and was approved -- I was told it was more then that - they were sorry - it was a website "mistake" they were going to fix it.... and would not honor it. The apartment I booked magically was on the 3rd floor now..... and not the 1st floor it originally stated. Which would not work for me.... ended up getting me into $2k a month for a shoebox with no dining area, but AT LEAST it was on the 1st floor and my money wouldn't be wasted.....
  aghhhhhhhhhhhhh ... FYI - The website still says wrong price - and $0 down....
  
  THE WHOLE PROCESS SUCKED !!!
