  My mother and I tried numerous times getting into contact with this vet to be able to get my dog spayed and had some questions that we needed answers to. When we were able to get a hold of someone, they weren't able to answer our questions and said we needed to talk to the vet and that they will return our call. We never got a call back. Last weekend, while out running errands, we stopped by this vet to finally gather information. There was no one in the lobby to help us (even with a buzzer on the front door letting them know someone walked in). After waiting over ten minutes we finally had to shout "hello?" for someone to come out. Someone finally peeked their head around, asked "what do you need?" and then proceeded to tell us we had to wait longer for someone else to come talk to us. Eventually, another person came to the desk and asked what we needed help with. We began explaining our situation and midway through the SECOND sentence she interrupted us saying "you need to speak to the vet. They will call you." She took down our information, again, and our availability to be contacted, again, and we left. It is now 5 days later and they never bothered to call us. I find this establishment to be extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Such a waste of time.

  I met Dr. Eileen Osti and her team over a twelve-day span. It coincided with the most difficult decision my family and I have ever had to make. In this short span of time I can only say that I am genuinely grateful to have had her and her team help me through what was a difficult decision. During every interaction, I was treated with respect, dignity and a graciousness that cannot be feigned. I have dealt with several Vets in my life but none was as caring and sincere as Dr. Osti. I would like to state emphatically that there is no other vet I would deal with in the future. Her and her staff are the real deal.
