  I have been going to this studio for years...it is my favorite Pilates program and instructor. Studio has all the bells and whistles, Pat Jones is an incredible teacher....can't say ennough good about it and her. Highly recommend,

  The owner Pat Jones is a wonderfully well rounded individual who loves and cares for all of her clients. She has a vast knowledge of the human body and knows how to train individuals of varying experience levels. From the beginner to the most advanced.
  
  Every class offers a unique way to train and challenge your body from Tower, Chair, Mat and Reformer you will receive and overall body workout. Pat is very talented and always check your form to insure the exercises are being done correctly. She also offers modifications if you're not able to do all the moves.
  
  Check it out, you will not be disappointed and motivated to go back.
  It's a very welcoming place to everyone too :)
