    Universal Air has been a very reliable company that I have used over the past five years. I find their prices on new AC units to be reasonable and their technicians to be knowledgeable and friendly. I recently had a repair on a newer unit completed in a timely manner. On the occasion that there was any disagreement, I was always able to work things out with management.

    Called in the morning to set up appointment, Jenny was very helpful and set one up for me between 12-6. Got call about 30 min later if i wanted one early between 10-12pm. Tech was out there set up and ready to go in no time. Great job on duct cleaning and great price. Definitely will use when needed again. Thank you.
