  Everything's very great and all until there's a problem with the job they did, and then they don't want to take the time to fix it. I paid good money to have them install a part in my car, and when an unnatural noise came about (the part is not supposed to cause any peculiar noise whatsoever), they were not enthusiastic about taking care of the problem that they could have caused. Isn't that the job of a mechanic? To fix things... Even if it means taking apart my car, that's their job and they should have done that to fix the problem with my car (or at least diagnose it) instead of saying "There's nothing more I can do." I really hope I am the only unlucky one to face such an issue with these people because they do do good work initially...
