  Downhill quickly: started great. beautiful grounds. then they hit you with a hidden $150 water bill ($1500 yearly for water) they didn't tell you about. Then the multiple other small charges. Multiple safety and maintenance issues. to top it off they are requesting to increase our rent $180 a month... Move in with caution.
