  I didn't read the reviews until AFTER I arrived..I went check in for my appointment five minutes before. My first issue acknowledging me. It would helped to do that but one asked me and I stated I had an appointment. He stated he was behind with his prior things so as soon as he's done he would help me...he left and went into work area...he came back in and told me the other guy would help me when he finished phone call. The phone call finished and he went into the shop...it wasn't until another person came and the guy acknowledged him. After waiting 10 minutes to check in...I advised him that I'm trying to check in for appointment...he stated he was unaware I was waiting for him. He apologized...which is fine but what's the point of having an appointment that you're waiting. I thought that I would done within an hour because it was a simple tire repair that takes no more than 15 minutes to do.here I am over an hour waiting. Looking like I will be here for another hour...if they are going provide such horrible service they should at least make their waiting area friendly and not like their horrible service..
