  These people BRAG that they do quality homes but they don't! I bought a new home for $1.4million from them and it was a CRAPPER! I bought a NEW house from "GC Homes" in 1997 in Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay and it had "double hurricane straps" and ALL the extras and was built like a "fortress". These IDIOTS at SH put in "single hurricane straps" and don't have ANY ATTENTION TO DETAIL! They treat you like you're buying a $200k home. I was one of those at one point in my life but fortunately Thats changed but this is ridiculous! Nothing against the sales person or the super on the job because they were GREAT! DONF BUY A HOME FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY SUCK!!!
