  Apparently they only have one plumber who can only schedule one job at a time, for today only. When I called and explained my problem the receptionist said I only have one plumber and he is already on a job. My thoughts: So he's going to be doing this job all day? Plus, the picture shows 5 guys. Also, why not ask if I can be scheduled for another day, as if today is the only day to get a plumber.
  
  This may not be the company though. It could just be them needing a new receptionist. I can't imagine them being okay with her not offering services to a soliciting costumer.
