  What happened here? We've been here once and loved it. We came today and waited 40 minutes for our order. When the food came two of dishes were too salty, the lomo was chewy not tender and the presentation was better last time. The waiter said he would get our check..... 10 minutes later we're still waiting for it. When I asked him about it he said that he called the manager and had to wait until he got there to override the dishes from the check. We'd waited long enough, I asked him to enter in a new order without the items. We'll never go back again.
