  Each time that I wanted a price on a pair of glasses with prescription, they needed to enter a whole bunch of information into their computer system to give me a price. I finally ordered a pair and they informed me that it would take up to two weeks to be ready. I waited the time and then call them to find out the status and they informed me that there had been a mishap in the order right at the beginning and they would have to restart the process again.
  They did not even bother to try call me and notify me of any problems. I then decided to cancel my order and requested a refund and they told me that they would automatically refund my card.
  The very next day I get a call back from them informing me that my glasses were in fact ready for pickup I told him that I'd already cancelled my order and had requested a refund
  But the same lady that I had spoken to the day before now told me that if I wanted to cancel my order I will need to come in with my receipt
