  After returning home from a 3-hour trip, I noticed that one of the four wheel hubs on our horse trailer was significantly warmer than the others. I contacted the manufacturer about what it can be, and the person I spoke with gave me several possibilities. None of the possibilities we discussed were what Eric, owner of Trailerman, thought it was… and what it ultimately ended up being.
  
  Eric took the time to explain the problem and what he would do to fix it. The prices were fair, the job was done quickly and the problem was resolved.
