  There was only 2 people working and there was 5 people waiting ahead of me. Normally they're fully staffed but they had to stop working on one person to start on the next so there wasn't proper service provided. Perhaps it was just a bad day for them, understaffed or something. I would make sure they've got enough staff they day you're going in. The threading lady is really nice and she does an amazing job.
